Alphcast studio policy

Policy and Terms

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, please review the following policies before your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Free Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled session are free of charge and eligible for rescheduling.

Rescheduling:

  • Free if requested more than 24 hours in advance.
  • 150 AED fee for rescheduling requests made within 24 hours.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 3 hours before the session will be considered a no-show, and the session is non-refundable.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow for a smooth setup.

Equipment Provided

We provide the following equipment with every booking:

  • 3 Cameras (2 close-ups, 1 wide-angle)
  • 2 Shure Microphones

Additional cameras or microphones are available at AED 100/hour.

Time Management

  • Alphacast Studios operate on strict time slots
  • Arriving late does not guarantee extended recording time
  • A 10-minute reminder will be given as your session approaches its end.
  • Sessions that exceed the scheduled time by 15 minutes or more will incur a charge for an additional full hour.

Studio Conduct

  • No smoking, alcohol, or food is allowed in the Alphacast studios area.
  • Damages to equipment or studio space may be charged to the client.
  • Children are usually not permitted unless part of the production and supervised.

Video File Delivery

  • Raw Files: Delivered within 1–2 days after the session
    Note: Audio and video are delivered separately in raw format.
  • Edited Videos: Delivered within 7 working days post-session. This includes syncing, mastering, and polishing your episode. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality in post-production.

Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in advance to secure your booking.
  • Accepted methods: Payment link, bank transfer, or cash.
  • Please send proof of payment to confirm your session.

Rights & Usage

  • Clients own the content they record.
  • Alphacast Studios may request permission to use client footage for promotional purposes (optional).
  • Clients are responsible for securing guest permissions and release forms if needed.

Confidentiality

  • Alphacast studio ensures that client content is not shared or viewed by others beyond essential staff.
